I am trying to print some thin parts at 1mm. Basically they are brackets, and they are coming out at around 0.020" or 0.5mm.
I checked the volume calculation in both the CAD software and the Creator software, and they are the same to 3 digits, so the STL seems to be correct. Also, I sliced and printed with Slic3r and Pronterface and got wall thicknesses that were too thick. In Slic3r my Extrustion Multiplier is 1.00, and in Creator it is 0.9.
Also, the adhesion is poor. Both the interlayer and inter-wall.
I'm not sure where to begin to fix this problem. This seems like something usually related to the Extrusion multiplier, but I would have to make it far outside the normal range if I were to try to fix this problem with just that. Can you help?
