Help! --- [progress] placeholder variable?

I noticed in update 1.1.1 there was an addition of a placeholder variable [progress]. But I can't get it to work.

I added "M73 P[progress]" to "Scripts tab -> Layer Change G-Code tab" ??? Any ideas?

Added [progress] placeholder variable to custom G-Code fields (example "M73 P[progress]" becomes "M73 P53" if build is 53% through total layers)

Also is there a master list of placeholder variables?
