Simplify3D User Forum

This is the first time I encounter a really weird issue that I have not been able to solve.

I designed this simple GT2 pulley and when I try to sliced, it keeps doing straight lines were it's suppose to do a curve.
I have tried to redo the part, change settings in Simplify from number of outer perimeters, infill percentage, layer height, nozzle size, you named I have done it but the artifact still shows in some degree.

If anyone have solve this, please let me know.

I tried to attach the STL file but for some reason I can't.

usually unexplained slicing errors tend to be problems with the model. have you run the stl through netfabb?
