concentric infill only on thin walls

What I want to do is avoid having the infill wiggle back and forth so it is easier on the printer. I have attached the factory file so hopefully someone can help.
The original wall thickness was .8mm I uniformly scaled the print by 1.95 so the wall thickness should be 1.56mm I have tried multiple adjustments but cant get it. in the past it has worked for me to divide the wall thickness by the number of outlines I have set and then adjusting the extrusion width accordingly eg. 1.56\4 =.39mm. so 4 outlines at .39mm should equal the wall thickness with 100%infill. I have also tried selecting "only using perimeters for thin walls" and then adjusting "allowed perimeter overlap to 50% and that works with the main part but the other piece has gaps in its perimeter walls. And it increases the print time by a couple hrs. I'm shure that i'm just missing something because it would be a lot easier on our printers to avoid having the infill wiggle in thin walls when it could be concentric. Any help would be great thanks
