It would be very helpful for multiExtruder with Single Nozzle to be able to print the infill first on each layer.
heklps a lot to to change the color easily.

and/or

It would be the possibility to define the print order of multiple Parts to define lost Parts for each color change.
This means that the Layers of this Parts will be printed first to switch the color.
I miss this in general when printing multiple Parts sequentially....

Yes i'm agree, or adding a cleaning way at changing color.

Makerware has trick with walls
i mean all layers start print with color walls - which can help with this problem.
Try insert GCode script with wall logic between layers or between change tool

What sort of Gcode ?
Have you an example ?
