Hollow model printing as solid?!

I am trying to print a hollow pen holder / cup like thing , it keeps printing as a solid - infilling the hollow area.

I set the infill to 0% but the preview still shows as a solid, I turned off support as well - same thing.
Funny thing is that when you import the file it shows as hollow it is just when you do the print preview it is filled. I'm not sure what else it could be.
Any suggestions?

It slices fine for me. It's hollow, not filled in.

Are you sure you didn't enable some of the options that automatically fill in the interior? For example, if you go to the Advanced tab, is the option for "Merge all outlines into a single solid model" disabled? Because if that is enabled, it will make the hollow parts into a solid, filled-in model.
