Problems with overextruding after hotend touch model part

Hello guys.
First of all, printer is calibrated and working well on all tests.
At manifistation of this bug I though it's problem with negative angle of legs(pic in grey plastic ABS).
But later I've noticed it's not neative angle issue(with one leg
) it's looking good) but this is place where hotend travels from one leg to other leg.
It bring too much plastic and I got wraping there.
I know, there is Simplify3D is a option "Use random start points" but.. as many of you know Simplify crashes down each time I checked it
So, no I think I can solve it by reatrction settings.
The what do you think guys ? What I need to do to fight this horrible wraping ?
P.S. Printer is Felix 3.0
I've try ABS, PLA, any temps, any flow rates, printed it with support and without it.
