Macos install error

Trying to install software on iMac 21.5" 2009 with Sierra 10.12.6. Attached is the error message.

Mac OS 10.12 does not meeting the minimum requirements for the software:

You will need to upgrade to Mac OS 10.13 or later before the installation will succeed.
