Skirt Outlines with mm or in units

Please allow a fractional and or distance skirt outline value.
I think the best option is to allow user to enter a distance value with units such as mm or inch. Simplify3D would generate the needed number of skirt outlines. For example, on a tiny object, 33mm would generate 10.3 outlines, while on a 3DBenchy this would be about 1/4 of the outline. Also, the user could specify 0.25 instead of 33mm and get similar results.
