Is there a way to get rid of these very small "infill sections" (green, labeled as Solid Layer) when printing an angled wall? Apart from my printer having problems printing these (filament jam), it takes long to print these and I don't see the reason for them.

After replacing the extruder gears, the filament jam is no problem anymore.

Yet there still is the very slow print speed. So the question remains.
