Simplify3D User Forum

S3D Version 4.1.2.

I am trying to print a simple nozzle. For some reason, printing stops about 1/4 into the model (after 6.2mm height exactly, 2 times).

The printer (Flashforge Dreamer) goes back to rest position as if the job is finished.

I attach the factory file. The gcode file is too big (3,6 Mb).

Does anyone have an idea what could be wrong?

Now, I tried to regenerate the gcode without any other change. Now it works.

There have been a lot of improvements to the FlashForge build files that S3D exports in V5, along with many changes to the machine communication. It's possible any number of those improvements could help here if you keep seeing the issue in the future.
