REPRAP issues, object loading

I have a BLV printer with DUET (Reprap firmware), latest Simplify3D software.

Most importent problem: when I start a print the position of the printerhead is not correct, it's almost outside the printerbed!

When I load an STL-file (size=200x200) for my Ultimaker3, I can print it: no issues.
When I select the BLV printer (which has a bigger bed: 345x350), this is not shown in the Simplify3D software: the bed is not resized (you expect that), ofcourse using the same STL file.

Seems to be the software needs some improvements..

Are you sure you setup the build correctly? Try deleting ALL of the processes in the list on the left, then add only 1 process, and use the Select Profile drop down to select the machine you are using. At that point, the 3D view and the preview should match the printer correctly.
