Brim / Support adhesion to bed

I would like to be able to adjust the speed of the first layer of the print--not just the first layer of the actual part, but all layers that touch the buildplate--i.e. the brim / support...

Right now, we're having to manually slow down the machine during the brim process because the brim is running too fast on the first layer. I would like the brim printing speed to be controlled by the first layer speed, and also would like the first layer of support touching the buildplate to be controlled by the first layer printing speed.

The first layer speed setting in the software already modifies the first layer that is printed on top of the bed, not the first layer of the print. In other words, it already slows down the brim speed (I verified this by checking the gcode for a few test prints). Same with the first layer of support. Not sure why you would be seeing anything different...

I'd actually like this to be an option. Since the brim and support are sacrificial, for adhesion of small parts and priming the hotend. I want the print to be slow based on the initial layer speed, but the rest at the normal print speed.

Brim and Skirts do not seem to be affected by first layer height or width.
often my Brim/Skirts come off the bed.. by my first layer of my model stick down.
