Hi,

Why can't I send the file to the printer? When I click Prepare to Print, the Save As dialog opens. The preview window doesn't open

Why?

Try going to Tools > Options, and make sure the "Automatically load preview after slicing" option is enabled. If that is turned off, then it tries to save the file right away without previewing.
