Simplify3D User Forum

Hello,

I am trying to slice this model that has reportedly passed all manifold checks. However, after slicing, there are gaps or missing layers at various points in the model. Any solution to this? I'll be much appreciated

It's still absolutely an issue with the model. Can you upload it?
What program do you use to check? Does it check for open boundaries or inverted normals?

Thanks for the response. I used netfabb to check and do an automatic repair.

Also checked within simplify's interface using the manifold check as well as flipped and orphaned triangles checked all within simplify3D. All was reported as OK

The model is relatively too heavy to upload
