Slicer removing/adding large chunks of model(s)

New S3D user here,
I'm trying to print a dual extrusion QR code model that I generated myself with openSCAD. It renders correctly but after slicing some sections of the model are missing and some are overlapped completely across each extruder. This happens in S3D regardless of scale or print quality and none of the Repair options seem to think anything is wrong. Flashprint and cura are able to slice it fine.
p.s. if you are wondering the data matrix codes just read "AAAAAAAAAA"-"FFFFFFFFFF"
