Supports make my model hover

I'm brand now to S3D and racking my brain. When I add supports to my model, it makes my model hover 10 layers high and therefore won't adhere to the bed. The problem doesn't show up until I slice it, then I see it in the preview. The 3d printer is unable to print it correctly.

It's hard to tell, but is your model getting really thin at the bottom? If so, that part of the model might be disappearing due to your thin wall settings, not the supports.
Can you post the factory file?

It does get really thin at the bottom. Here is my factory file.

If I remove all the supports, those tiny thin parts of the model still don't show up, so it has nothing to do with the supports themselves. Definitely just a thin wall issue.
