FlashForge gcode cooling errors

I have a problem with the cooling control of the left and right extruder. I have the correct cooling values T0 and T1 for left/right extruder. But the printer accepts gcode control only for the right extruder and the left one is completely without control (I have to manually). Can anyone advise?

What exact FlashForge printer do you have? Have you tried running prior build files that worked successfully in the past to see if they can correctly control both fans? If not, it might be some kind of hardware or electrical problem.

I have Creator 3 Pro. With original slicer I can control both, but Simplify cant do that. Both are configured as T0 and T1, but both T0/1 controling only right extruder.

Have you tried going back to Help > Configuration Assistant to download the stock Creator 3 Pro profile a second time?

If that still doesn't work, can you attach gx files from both software programs so that it will be easier to see what changes might have been made to affect the fan control?

Yes thats correct, I tried both variants, double checked the T0/T1 settings and there is no mistake in Simplify. I will send it to you both files to here or by email?
