[SOLVED] GCode preview incorrect.

I am trying to understand this preview versus what is printed. The printed results are "Correct" but the preview in not because for example the preview is missing that stripe down the center. Internally it's missing sections also. Thanks.

Re: GCode preview incorrect.

You have 3mm of coasting turned on. That means the extrusion will stop 3mm before reaching the end, which is the gap you are seeing in the preview.

Thanks, that makes sense. Is there any way I could have seen that, similar to a travel move for example?

Yes, if you turn on the travel movements, you would have already seen it tracing those missing segments. That is because coasting is basically just a travel movement, since the extruder is turned off but it keeps tracing the path.

You're right! Enabling the 3mm stop will cause that gap in the preview.
