Re: How to do parts with different infill?

Go to Tools > Variable Settings Wizard, and choose "Different settings for different models". You can then choose how many groups you need (in your case, 2 groups should be fine - one with infill and one without infill). Then drag the models into the correct groupings.

After you complete the wizard, you will have 2 processes that control the settings in each group. Double click on either process to change the settings for those models. You can then verify everything in the preview to make sure it is correct.
