Tall print with layer problems in small section

When I print a taller print in Vase/spiral mode, I get random small areas of inconsistent layers. Most of the print is perfect but random layer issues come up.

Fans at 100% throughout print
Material: CPX (polypropylene blend)
3mm nozzle
2mm layer height
5mm layer width

Can you post the factory file for the print? In the one photo, it almost looks like it could be cooling related where the plastic is overheating.
