Can not deselect item - bug or not?

Hi.
On 4.0 I can deselect items - but not on 5.0 - something I missed or bug..?

Hold down the Option (Windows) or Command (Mac) key while clicking on the item.

I think you can also click in the whitespace of that list to deselect all models.
