Multiple Material Processes

Running the latest version, new user with a 3 nozzle Printer. I am curious as why in temperature tab under extruder one I pick a material, it sets the temp for that material. Switch to Ext2, pick the material I want to use and it changes Ext 1 and 3 to the same settings. How do I differentiate which material settings I want to use in individual extruders? If I have to manually edit each extruder doesn't it negate having material presets?

You can go to Edit Process Settings > Temperature tab, and click on each individual item in the list on the left to change each one independently. Most of the stock material setting use the same material for each extruder, since that tends to be the most common, but you could easily add a new material option called something like "PLA (EX1), ABS (EX2)", and then change the values on the temperature tab as needed.
