Not my image <forgot to snap a pic this morning>, but I am seeing the same <and more> lines. Not sure how to resolve since not on the top layer.

Ender 5 Pro
PLA
35% infill
1mm height
Top/Shell/Bottom 5
4500mm/sec

Ended up going with a different slicer with the "iron" feature and came out proper. /close

V5 already has an entire collection of features specifically for improving the top layer, including the ironing feature you mentioned. You can see them on the page below:
