Simplify3D User Forum

Hello,
I have been using Simplify3D for about 2 years now, but I just ran into a problem I don't understand. Basically I just got a new printer and I went to Config Assistant to get its profile, when I select the printer (or any printer) I am confronted with this message:

Unable to retrieve available profiles from server. macOS High Sierra Version 10.13.3

Any help would be great!
