Simplify3D User Forum

Hello,
I'm new to Simplify3d. Whenever I import a model into Simplify3d and click "Prepare to Print" it will only generate the supports and nothing else.

I have done plenty of research viewing other people's issues, and none of their problems are like mine.

-I have tried slicing both very complicated models and the simplest models (cubes) with no success.

-I have run the models through many 3d model fixers (netfabb, microsoft 3d builder, microsoft 3d tools)

-I have downloaded FFF profiles that other people have been successful with (just in case it is an issue with the settings)

ANY help would be greatly appreciated!

The Factory File is a unique file compiled in Simplify3D. The file contains complete information about your project (model, printer, process settings, etc.). To create the file, open the software and load your project. Then go to File > Save Factory File as...
