How can I controll the extrusion multiplier for the top layer infill and for the perimeters seperately?

Can I set somehow the extruder tool number for a specific feature type like "; feature solid layer" in the post process ?

Topic can be closed, I will manage it this way:

The "Top Layer Extrusion Modifier" already does exactly that. It changes the extrusion multiplier for the top layer infill only, you can verify this by using the Flow rate coloring in the print preview mode. I've attached a screenshot that demonstrates this.

This does not effect all solid layers or?

This only affects all top layers.
