Simplify3D User Forum

Hello,
I'm having a issue for a 3d model I brought in S3D if I load it before slicing the model it's like nothing is loaded (blank) but if you hit prepare to print the model shows up.

Can you attach the model that demonstrates the issue? You can also email us with the model in question.
