Simplify3D User Forum

When I use the right extruder before the print starts it starts extruding about 6 inches of filament, off the printer bed, like a purge option, it then moves to the bed and takes this with it, This has caused a few problems with the first layer. How do I turn that off ? It doesn't happen on the left extruder though.I use the skirt option to purge.

Click "edit process settings", go to the Scripts tab, and delete the line in your starting script that says "G1 E25 F300 ; purge nozzle"
