Save to SD card = zero bytes

Has anyone had the issue of saving to the SD card and it saving the file but the file size being Zero bytes? This happens to me 9 out of 10 times.. It doesn't matter what SD card i use, it does it through all 3 different ones i've tried..I'm using V.2.1.1

Well first of all, I would upgrade to the latest version of S3D.

Then try to save to the desktop. Is it the correct file size? If so, then try to copy it to the SD card. Is it still the right size once it's done copying?

I have the very same issue. Have to save to another place and then copy file over to SD card. Mac version 2.2.2, Vertex printer.
