Small gaps are fusing in slice

Hello! I'm hoping someone can point me to the right setting (if there is one) for simplifyV5.0 to avoid merging/fusing small gaps. I am trying to print the "loose" version of this model as a test:

When I slice, the first layer looks right:

But layer 2 and beyond starts to fuse components together:

I haven't been able to find a setting for this in S3D (though I don't know what it would be called) , some help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

I have resolved this by changing the "horizontal outer size compensation" to 0.00mm! I suppose if I wanted it looser I could probably put a negative value there!

I had a setting of 0.2 mm because I had previously measured outer diameters of my print to be 0.2mm too small.
