Simplify3D User Forum

Recently S3D has started printing sharp corners oddly... the first perimeter if fine, but subsequent ones are rounded leaving spaces. Each subsequent perimeter is more rounded than the previous. The software and my printer can obviously handle a sharp corner since the outer most perimeter is fine.

I've tried increasing overlap, slowing the printer down and increasing extrusion on the first layer... none of these have any effect.

Try setting Advanced>Thin Wall Behavior>External Thin Wall Type to "Allow Single Extrusions". That fixed hole problems I had in some text.
