Simplify3D User Forum

Hello,
I'm having a issue for a 3d model I brought in Simplify3D if I load it.
Before I slice the model, it's like nothing is loaded (blank). But if you hit prepare to print, the model shows up.
Is there anyone having the same issue? How to fix it?

Sounds like you might have turn off the display for solid model surface, click the button in the red box (see screenshot attached).
