Simplify3D User Forum

Been using Simplify3d for years. Never printed anything with this small of detail before.
Is there a setting that would fill these small teeth as shown in the image. teethe are 1mm wide 2mm oc for a 2GT belt

Just guessing from the photo, but you probably also need to increase the "allowed perimeter overlap" setting to get those very small regions to be filled. I think the default is 10%, but something like 30% might work better for that exact print.
