Failed to Activate Software. New computer

I had Simplify3d, the latest version on my old computer and I deactivated on that computer and activated on the new computer.

It had worked fine, until it has not. Now, I get the error

" Failed to activate, The software will now close"

It does give me the option to click on the Network settings. But, nothing has changed from when I was able to use Simplify3d on the new computer.
