Print direction from dual color single extrusion

So I'm having some trouble getting the orientation of my print to not change directions randomly and create areas of color mismatch. I'm using a single filament with dual color. all my other parts come out as black on one side and gold on the other. For some reason this piece is randomly changing orientation and brink some colors in blocks then switching. I'm using simplify3d and have included my settings as well as the print attachments for reference. Thank you!

If you watch the nozzle in the preview, it is always going the same direction? I thought it usually did all outlines always in the same order.

It's very possible the color changes are due to difference in how the color is primed. Have you tried using something like a prime pillar to make sure each color is fully ready before it starts printing?

The problem here it is a single piece of filament. I'm not using 2 colors from 2 spools, it is one spool and the filament is half black half gold. A pillar wouldn't work here for this print type. What I am trying to achieve is a single direction exterior before switching to interior printing.

I would try enabling the "align start points" location, since that will help make sure the perimeter starts at the same location for each layer.
