Hi everyone, I recently encountered a problem that was very annoying when I was using Ender 3 to print industrial parts scanned with MIRACOhttps://www.revopoint3d.com/products/st ... er-miracor. I used PrusaSlicer for slicing, and although its default support effect was good, every time I tried to clean the support, I would accidentally break the part. This made me very frustrated because the printer itself performed well, but the cleaning of the support always affected the final effect.
I was wondering if I could solve this problem by using other software, such as Simplify3D? I heard that Simplify3D has more customization options for the generation of support structures, and I wonder if it can help me remove the support more easily without damaging the part.
If any friends have similar experience or suggestions, I would really like to get your advice. How can I set up the support better, or do you have other cleaning tips to share? Thank you very much for your help!

The customizable supports in S3D can certainly help! We also have a dense support feature that can sometimes be useful for fragile parts, since it creates a denser pattern right below the part which can help support it better than the standard supports.
