New problem on new computer: can't type numbers

I am trying to change my process and when I go to change any of the numbers, like for instance nozzle size is .47 and I want to change it to .5 can't because all my number keys are not working in Simplify3d.

When I press a "5" Simplify3d thinks it's the "%"

I don't have this issue in any other program or in Windows 11.

I do have my Asus Rog Strix g16 connected to my TV. I also have a wireless keyboard and mouse connected to the laptop.

I tried my laptops keyboard and it also did the samething with number. My number pad does not work in Simplify3d either, except Simplify3d thinks I'm pressing the alternate key bindings for each key. So 1 becomes !, 2 becomes @ and so on. This is only happening in Simplify3d. Is there something I can do to fix this.

I don't think we've had any other customers mention this behavior. Can you let us know what language and region settings you have in the OS? Perhaps it's related to a custom keyboard layout.

Another idea could be checking for any other programs on the computer that could be interfering with the software like anti-virus or some in-place language translation apps.
