S3D 5.1.2 will not install

I cannot get S3D 5.1.2 to install on my computer. I can download it, unzip it, but when I double click the installer, nothing. When I right-click and open, nothing. When I right-click and Run as Administrator, nothing. I am currently using 4.1.2 with no issues and it is the ony license shown in use in my S3D account.

Please help!

Maybe you can post some of the details about your computer hardware and the operating system?

It might also be helpful to look for things like anti-virus software or permissions issues that might be preventing the software from opening.

Re: S3D 5.1.2 will not install

If you check in the Windows event viewer after you try to run the software, do you see any messages there? Sometimes it will provide more reasoning for things that could go wrong.

It might also be helpful to try testing on another computer that you own, as that can help narrow down differences that might be causing the issue.
