Simplify3D User Forum

Goodmorning all,

Was hoping to get some feedback.

As you can see, the inner perimeter of this object wont slice correctly (it should not have these gaps in between the 3 holes).
I had my settings all setup but due to my computer crashing i'll have to fine tune settings again.

I think i'm missing something because before my computer crashed, slicing this was not a problem at all.
Any tips are welcome?

also, find attached my current printer profile/settings for the cubicon single plus.

Looks like this is due to the thin cavity walls. This article should help: https://www.simplify3d.com/resources/ar ... -features/. Reducing your Extrusion Width manually to 0.4 should help as well.
