I'm using Simplify3D. There are some strange problems with leveling/extruder position on my CTC (Flashforge clone)…see picture…what’s going wrong here, and what do I have to do?

I believe S3D already includes a profile for the CTC printer. Have you tried going back to Help > Configuration Assistant, and re-downloading the CTC profile to see if that fixes the issue?
