V5.1.2 Bridging Perimeters Issue

Hello team,
I have the issue that with "coast at end" enabled the perimeter bridging does not properly work and randomly generates normal perimeter segments instead of bridging perimeters. When it is deactivated the bridging does work as expected. Is there a fix available or suggestions?

Hi S3D-Jason,
do you have any suggestions for me to try out for solving the problem? I like S3D and it has some capabilities, that are not possible with other slicers. I really hope there will be an update soon, at least bug fix release.
Thanks, looking forward for an response.
Have a nice evening!

I don't think we've seen any other customers report this behavior. Might be best to discuss directly with our engineering team at the link below to see if they have more feedback:

Hi Jason,
when you search for bridging in troubleshoot, someone (tuxcat) had the same issue with v5.1.2 but didn’t attach a factory file. I tried it first some weeks ago over your contact link with no response. My hope was that someone in this forum could help. I will try again and see if I can get some help. With the attached factory file it should be very easy for you to test the bridging behaviour with the coast option on/off.
Thanks!

They usually respond to everyone within a few days. If you still haven't gotten a response, feel free to PM me your email address and I can check with the team. Perhaps the message is getting blocked for some reason...

Hello Jason,
after a long time now, I followed the troubleshoot reports and also send an email to over the "contact us" page but didn't get any response to my bridging issue with coasting activated. As I wrote, it is very easy to replicate the issue due to the provided factory file. Please send me an advice for a fix.
Thanks!

It looks like they are very up-to-date on responding to customers, so I'm surprised you didn't receive an answer. Is it possible it's ending up in your spam folder? Like I said, you can also PM me your email address and I'll be happy to check with the team.
