Simplify3D User Forum

I'm having issues connected to my sonic pad via the machine control panel, I had it working once. But I can't get it back to connect?
I'm able to connect to the sonicpad via Chrome with no problem, with the same IP?

Have you tried clicking the "Add New" button and setting up the connection again? That may help if the printer is now using a different IP address or something else about the connection changed (the wizard will typically figure out all of those changes automatically).
