Need help with Simplify3D?

Hello everyone!!

I am having trouble with some of the features of Simplify3D v5.0, especially when adjusting print parameters and resolving print quality issues (e.g. fan control or surface scratches). Has anyone experienced this or know of any detailed documentation? If so, please share how you solved it or where to find specific documentation.
