Hi all,

I'm using the v5.1.2 with a Duet2wifi board.

The wifi connection works well, I can slice and send the job to my custom printer without any issue, but if I check the "Live Preview Traking", it's doesnt work.

The machine is "connected" correctly, but nothing change.

There is any setting that I can change? Because I think that's a very good feature, but I canno't use yet..

I use that feature all the time with many printers in our office, and I can't say I've encountered this problem with v5.1.2.

Just to check, does the progress bar for the print in the Machine Control Panel advance while the print is going? For example, if you do a small print do you see the progress bar slowly advance from 0, 10, 20, 30%, and so on?

I have updated the Duet Web Control version and now live tracking works!

It works but not very well, for example when the print starts (and is therefore really at layer 0), on Simplify3D it shows me that it is at layer 5!

Any idea why?

The preview follows the progress that the printer reports. So perhaps the printer said it was 10% done with the print, even though that was a bit optimistic based on what it was actually printing. In my experience it is usually very close, but it's not uncommon to be a layer or so off if the printer is giving inconsistent progress updates.
