Hello to everyone.

This is my first posting and my apologies if this subject has already been discussed. I am new to 3d printing and have purchased multiple files from 3dlabs. They had highly recommended simplify3d as their software of choice for their files, so the reason for me to have purchased.

I gave tried multiple times to print their 3dlab gang FW-190 and every time I can see the internal fuselage guts, but when I transfer the files to the slicer it only prints the external shell with no internals.

Is there a setting for this that I am missing?

I truly appreciate any help that I could receive for this.

Thank you and happy holidays.
Sparrow.

Have you already read their FAQ about setting up S3D for their files?
https://3dlabprint.com/faq/setting-simp ... nt-planes/

They list 2 settings at the top that you need to set in V5.

Hi S3D-Jason,

Thanks for the reply. I’ve looked and went through the documentation/settings and still no luck. It is still just slicing/showing the outer shell with no internal structure.

Can you confirm the exact settings you changed after reading the link above? It tells you exactly what to modify, so I want to make sure you changed the right thing.

I went through all of the screen prints and changed all the settings as pictured and also mirrored any settings that was mentioned in info.

Hard to help without having more information. Can you explain which exact settings you changed? Or maybe send your factory file to our support team along with a screenshot of the exact area in the print preview that doesn't look correct so they know what to focus on.
