I would like to copy the settings of a profile "Auto Configure For Filament" into a new printer profile. Is this possible please ?

I don't think there's a UI option to copy settings between completely different profiles, but you can always go to File > Export Printer Profile and export both profiles to a XML file. Then if you look at those XML files it should be easy to copy what you need from one to the other.
