Looks like you just need to adjust the Z-offset. You can do that by clicking "edit process settings", choosing the G-Code tab, and then increasing or decreasing the Z-axis gcode offset. For example, if you entered a value of -0.1mm, it would move your nozzle 0.1mm closer to the build table surface. So that is a really easy way to adjust the nozzle positioning without needing to mess with the hardware.
I would also suggest trying to increase the first layer height. For example, if you set the first layer height to 150%, it will extrude a first layer that is 1.5x thicker than normal. That can help a lot with the issues in your picture as well. Slowing down the first layer speed could also help
