Strange Problem: Can't Add Support to Particular Region

Such a strange problem I have. I'm trying to add support to a part and most of it went fine, but there's one particular region where I can't even move the cursor to add support pillars. The pointer just freezes at the boundaries of this invisible region. A bit difficult to explain in words and I've attached the factory file. The region that's missing the support should be obvious. I tried using the various fixing tools for the STL built into Creator, and even tried exporting to an external STL fixer and re-importing.

This may be more a bug report than something I would expect to fix for this file.

Hi Justine,
I can't tell you why it is like this but if you flip the Z axis 180 degree every thing works fine.
