Infil problem with concentric models

Hi, i try slice model

I have some problems with slice concentric model parts
Source part with problem:
Sliced preview mode with holes:
Configuration:
Printer config: Wanhao Duplicator 4X (dual)
Material profile: defailt wanhao dual Right nozzle
* PLA
It just substract solid part wneh slice circular models, how to re-slice this without substraction zones?

For sample - this is MakerBot slicer (correct slicing)
How to do this configuration in s3d?

Your model is self intersecting! You need to create a valid watertight 3D solid if you want it to slice correctly.

This is not My model - i just want print it correctly from thingiverse
Makerbot slice - correct, but it can slice only 0.2mm, if use <0.2mm it show error and cannot slice ...
I want same slice with s3d...

You need a proper watertight model to slice correctly. Maybe run it through netfabb so that it can boolean the parts together

I understand what about you talk ... need to modify models and only after this do print...
But this logic already implemented in other slicers like Makerbot.. If you see - it slice this model correctly..
Why s3d slicer dont have config or auto solid corrrections for cross section intersections on models?
Added....
Problem with this in more common logic.
All slicers do same work and different is only with config and slice speed..
Why one of them don't want implement corrections for more correct prints?
